CALANGUTE: A young tourist couple met a watery grave in Baga this morning at 5.30 am as their Hyundai Creta car fell into the creek on the Baga Arpora road.
According to locals, the incident took place at 5.30 am as the car plunged into the creek.
The bodies are identified as Shubham Nitin Bhedge (28) and Ishwari Umesh Deshpande (25).
The fire officials said the team retrieved 2 couples bodies from Baga Creek.
The team consisted of Firefighters from Pilerne Anil kholkar, P P Sawant and D C Sinari.
