OLD GOA: Old Goa Police have registered a case against a 27-year-old man from Margao following allegations that he repeatedly raped his 35-year-old girlfriend without her consent and subjected her to assault and criminal intimidation.
According to the police complaint, the accused, identified, allegedly forcibly had sexual intercourse with the complainant at a guest house in Old Goa on the night of June 28, 2026.
The complainant further alleged that the accused had sexually assaulted her without her consent on several previous occasions at different locations across Goa.
She also accused him of physically assaulting and criminally intimidating her.
Based on the complaint, Old Goa Police registered an offence under Sections 64, 115(2), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Further investigation is being carried out by LPSI Jasvita Naik of Old Goa Police Station.
