New Delhi: E-commerce giant Amazon on Wednesday announced that Samir Kumar will take on the responsibility to lead India as its country manager, following the resignation of Manish Tiwary. Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho said that while some village panchayats are actively working to maintain cleanliness, others seem indifferent. “I don’t hold all panchayats responsible for the challenges in garbage management. Panchayats shouldn’t be dependent 100% on govt to keep their villages clean,” said Mauvin.
