The accused, 20-year-old Kedar Hawal was arrested from Khanapur in Karnataka. Panaji: A day after meeting in Delhi, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Friday said that mining in Goa should start within six months. “The ball has been set rolling as the issue has been fast tracked by both Centre and the State,” Sawant said at a press conference.
