PANAJI: Goa Medical College (GMC) Dean Dr Shivanand Bandekar has been honoured with the prestigious National Achievement Award 2024 for Best Dean in Academic Administration.
Health Minister Viswajit Rane said that it is a matter of great pride for Goa that Prof. (Dr.) Shivanand M. Bandekar, Dean of GMC, has been honoured with the prestigious National Achievement Award 2024 for Best Dean in Academic Administration.
He further said that the award was bestowed by the Global Society for Health & Educational Growth.
“This recognition acknowledges his outstanding contributions to academic excellence and his significant role in advancing national social and economic development,” he added
