PANAJI: The Department of Home has informed the Private Security Agencies in Goa operating in Goa should be registered online on the portal www.psara.gov.in of Home Department.
Any private security agency operating in the state of Goa without registration with the Home Department is punishable offence with fine of Rs.25,000 imprisonment up to 1 year or both.
All the establishments in the State of Goa are requested to appoint security guards only through private security agencies who are having valid PSARA 2005 license from Goa State.
