PANAJI: Sports Minister Govind Gaude said that a work order of Rs 2,80 crore was sanctioned i.e a combined tender was allocated for the appointment of an Event Management Agency for the Logo Launch Event as well as the Mascot Launch Ceremony of the 37th National Games, Goa- 2023.
“A combined tender was floated for the appointment of an Event Management Agency for the Logo Launch Event as well as the Mascot Launch Ceremony of the 37th National Games, Goa- 2023 and the work order amount for the same is Rs.2,80,42,280/-. No payment to the party has been made to date. The bill towards the same is awaited,” said Gaude.
He further said that the Mascot Launch Ceremony of the 37th National Games, Goa 2023 was held at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Taleigao on 18th June 2023.
He said that a combined tender was floated for the appointment of an Event Management Agency for the Logo Launch Event as well as the Mascot Launch Ceremony of the 37th National Games, Goa- 2023 and the work order amount for the same is Rs.2,80,42,280/.
“The entire work towards Advertising, Promotion, Event Management, Artist, food and refreshment was included in the scope of work of the above appointed Event Management Agency,’ he said
Further, all the dignitaries were provided accommodation as per entitlement and availability. However, bills towards the accommodation are awaited.
