PONDA: Three persons from Shiroda have been accused of assaulting a minor boy over a dispute concerning the non-payment of outstanding dues, according to a complaint lodged by the boy’s father.
As per the complaint, the incident allegedly took place at around 10 pm on October 20, 2026, at Shiroda, Ponda.
The accused, identified as Gauresh Kothambikar, Shubham Kothambikar and Aniket Kothambikar, all residents of Shiroda, allegedly assaulted the complainant’s minor son by slapping and punching him.
The alleged assault was reportedly triggered by an issue concerning the outstanding dues owed by the complainant.
Further investigation in the case is being conducted by PSI Rajasekhar Reddy of Ponda Police Station.
