Carlos Ferreira, on Wednesday, raised the issue – of the purported video of a topless woman driving a car on the famous Parra Road area – in Goa Assembly and said that the coastal state does not need such riff-raff’ tourists as acts by ‘such individuals’ will compel ‘quality tourists’ to go away.
“I saw a video where a woman could be seen
driving topless on the famous Parra Road, where tourists stop to click photos. Do we want such kinds of tourists? We should not allow any such act by tourists. We don’t W such riff-raff tourists. We need quality tourism. If we allow ‘such’ tourists, quality tourists will go away (sic) ” Ferreira said in the Goa Assembly.
