MAPUSA: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has said that additional bond doctors will be posted at North Goa District Hospital as requested by the doctors.
HM Rane conducted a review meeting with all HODs of North Goa District Hospital to address their concerns.
“Conducted a review meeting at North Goa District Hospital with doctors wherein they highlighted several pending issues and made some valuable suggestions. As requested by the doctors, we will make sure additional bond doctors are posted to ensure no shortage,” said Rane.
He further asked the team to forward their suggestions to Dr Ira, and they shall reconvene on them in our next meeting.
“Assured them to resolve their issues on top priority to ensure we don’t fall short on providing quality care to the citizens,” he added.
Rane also visited all the OTs of North Goa District Hospital.
“I have assured them additional support and further upgrading of CCU, ICU & introducing a PICU,” he said.
