Team Goemkarponn VASCO: A special raid under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) was conducted near the Bogmalo beach stretch by Pravinjay Pandit, Mamlatdar and Executive Magistrate of Mormugao Taluka, against business establishments violating anti-smoking regulations. During the drive, fines were imposed on establishments that had failed to display mandatory “No Smoking” boards on their premises. Circle Inspector D.D.
