CUNCOLIM: Cuncolim police has arrested four persons who were involved in house burglaries in Salcete area.
The accused person have been identified as Mohammad Afzal age 26 yrs , r/o Ghaziabhad, Uttar Pradesh, Mohammad Shamshad Alam, age 26 yrs, N/o.Karawal Nagar, Delhi, Salman s/o Banne khan, age:27yrs, N/o Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Parvez Khan, age:18yrs, Panipat, Haryana.
There were few instances reported to the police wherein the accused persons had targeted the houses of which the inmates were either abroad or out of station.
The police custody remand has been obtained and part of stolen property has been recovered by the police in two cases.
Further investigation is in progress.
