MARGAO: Acting on concerns raised by students of Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics, Margao MLA and PWD Minister Digambar Kamat directed the concerned departments to take immediate necessary action.
Following the Minister’s directions, officials from the Roads and Sewerage Department visited the college premises and conducted an on-site inspection in the presence of students.
The officials assessed the issues raised by the students and assured them that the required works would be undertaken at the earliest.
The student representatives expressed their gratitude to Kamat for his prompt intervention and immediate response to their concerns.
The students also reiterated their commitment to raising issues affecting the student community constructively and working towards a better, safer and more student-friendly campus.
