PORVORIM: Porvorim police have registered an FIR in connection with the fraudulent allotment of a plot owned by Communidade of Serula.
As per PI Porvorim Rahul Parab, the complaint was lodged by the Administrator of Communidade of North Zone, Shri. Sagar Gaude wherein it was alleged that a plot in survey no 110/1 in Village Salvador do Mundo owned by Communidade of Serula has been fraudulently allotted to one person Mr Agostinho DSilva who is originally from Panaji on the basis of a fake temporary possession certificate. Further, Mr. Agostinho DSilva has illegally built a house on the said plot.
The police have registered an offence under sections 465, 468, 471, 420 IPC for forgery and cheating the government authorities.
Further investigation is in progress and more accused persons are likely to be identified in the present crime.
